7:15 Wake up, take meds, stretch. Go to training.

8:00 Personal Training session #5.

9:00 Breakfast. Smoothie made by Maggie, plus 1 banana. I forgot to eat my banana. Doh!

11:00 Snack. 1c plain non-fat yogurt, 1c strawberries, 1 packet Truvia

1:45 Lunch. 8oz tilapia, 1/2c brown rice, 8oz asparagus

5:30 Snack. 1T raw almond butter, 5 whole wheat crackers. I forgot to eat this until I started making dinner.

6:00 Dinner. 5oz ground sirloin, 8oz green beans, 1T evoo (I forgot!)

I went to bed immediately after dinner and slept until about 11:30. Went back to sleep at 1am, then slept through to 7:15am. I felt really foggy at the end of dinner, and was practically falling asleep at the table.
