AM

Woke up, took meds, stretched, drank water.

Breakfast. 1/2c strawberries, 3/4c plain fat-free yogurt, 2 packets Truvia, 2 scrambled eggs.

PM

Lunch. Sushi at The Land. Full Moon Combo and tomato-cucumber salad. I forgot to take a picture of my lunch, until I was almost done!

Snack. A few bites of cheese, a few sips of beer.

Dinner. Rose & Crown Pub. Cheesy biscuits, surf and turf with mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding, and for dessert, sticky, toffee pudding.
