AM

7:30 Woke up, took meds, stretched, drank water. Walked for 30 minutes. Got up late. Gonna try to get in one more cardio today.

8:30 Breakfast. 2 slices Canadian bacon, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1T raw almond butter. I made two sandwich halves: one with the Canadian bacon, and one with the almond butter. Yum, and portable!

9:00 Doctor appointment. Got a new primary care physician. I like him okay. Getting bloodwork done and a few other little things taken care of. Need to get an EKG, but am not sure insurance will cover it unless I’m having palpitations. So far, everything looks pretty good.

11:15 Snack. 1c plain non-fat yogurt, 1/2c frozen blueberries, 1oz raw almonds, 2 packets Truvia. This is one of my favorite snack combinations!

1:00 Took a nap. Wasn’t really a decision. It was unstoppable.

2:30 Lunch. 5oz ground turkey, 1/2c broccoli, 1/2c brown rice, dash of low-sodium soy sauce.

5:00 Snack. 2 scoops protein powder.

7:30 Dinner. 6oz tilapia, 6oz asparagus. I cooked the tilapia with a little Pam in a skillet. It was fantastic! Steamed the asparagus.
