AM

7:00 Woke up, took meds, stretched. Got ready for church.

7:30 Breakfast. 2 scoops protein powder.

PM

1:30 Lunch. 6oz tilapia, 4oz sweet potatoes, 2c organic baby spinach, 2T Walden Farms balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This was pretty good, but after I ate it, I realized it was supposed to be my lunch for tomorrow! Agh!

4:00 Snack. 2 scoops protein powder.

5:15 Exercise. Pilates Plus class at the Y. This was a fun and difficult class! I might just go again!

10:00 Dinner. 6oz salmon, 6oz asparagus.
