10:00 Woke up, took meds, stretched.

11:30 Breakfast. 2 scoops protein powder, 1 medium banana.


3:00 Lunch. 5oz ground turkey breast, 2c spinach.

5:30 Snack. 1.25 scoops protein powder.

9:30 Dinner. 6oz tilapia, 2c broccoli. I had this at Perkins with a group of girlfriends. I ordered the grilled tilapia, plain and dry (no oil, no salt, no anything), and both sides as steamed broccoli, plain (no salt, seasoning or anything else.) I believe it was pretty plain. I didn’t detect any salt, but the tilapia may have had some sort of non-stick spray like Pam on it. I feel mostly decent about dinner.
