7:00 Woke up, took meds, got ready for church.

7:30 Breakfast. 1/4c (uncooked) steel cut oats, 1T Walden Farms apple butter, 3.5oz ground turkey breast.

11:15 Snack. 1.5 scoops protein powder, 1/2c frozen blueberries.


2:30 Lunch. 6oz pulled pork, 2c broccoli.
