Wow! 50 days since I began this journey! I’m proud of myself!

AM

9:30 Woke up, took meds.

10:00 Breakfast. 1 medium banana, 3.5oz ground turkey breast.

PM

12:00 Snack. 1.5 scoops protein powder, 1/2c frozen strawberries, 1T heavy cream.

4:10 Lunch. 6oz tilapia, 4oz sweet potato, 2c spinach. I just tossed it all together and nuked it. Delicious and easy!!!

6:30 Dinner. 6oz shrimp, 2c broccoli.
