Day 51

AM

7:00 Woke up, took meds, stretched, got ready for training.

8:00 Personal training session #15 with Maggie. Walked a long lap, and did upper body strength training.

9:30 Breakfast. Smoothie by Maggie. 1 medium banana.

10:30 Bloodwork for doctor appointments next week.

11:30 Lunch. Taco Bell. 1 fresco soft taco, 1 fresco burrito. I don’t know what the damage was here, but it could’ve been a lot worse!

Spent most of the day at the hospital with my mom while my dad had a kidney removed. Worked on a neglected knitting project and chatted.

2:30 Snack. 1 medium apple, 1oz raw almonds.

5:00 Snack. Banana.

6:00 Dinner. 6oz shrimp, 2c lettuce, 1/4 tomato, 1/4 onion, 1oz green peppers, lots of garlic, chili powder, 1T evoo, 2T salsa, a handful of dried mushrooms.
