AM

7:30 Woke up, took meds, stretched.

8:00 Exercise. Walked/jogged 50 min. for about 2.5 miles. Started 30-day Shred, but wasn’t feeling the love. Needed to eat breakfast and get ready for today’s activities.

9:15 Breakfast. 1/4c (uncooked) steel cut oats, 1/2 raw peach, sliced, 1 scoop protein powder.

11:00 Snack. 1/2 red grapefruit, 10 almonds.

4:30 Lunch. I know, I know. Stuff came up, and I waited too long. I hung in there to eat what I supposed to! 4oz albacore tuna in water, 2c mixed baby greens, 1/2c sweet potatoes, 1/2c grape tomatoes, 1T oil & balsamic vinegar.

6:45 Snack. 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Baby Swiss cheese, 2 stalks celery.

7:30 Exercise. 45 minute walk/run. Yeah! 2 cardios today!

9:00 Dinner. 6oz Mahi, 1c zucchini, 2c mixed baby greens, 1T evoo & balsamic vinegar.

11:00 Snack. 1c plain fat-free yogurt, 1/2c blueberries.
