AM

6:45 Woke up, took meds, got ready to walk.

7:00 Exercise. Walked for 61 minutes with some sprint intervals.

8:30 Breakfast. 1/4c (uncooked) steel cut oats, 1 peach, 3/4c All Whites (about 4 egg whites).

Breakfast, Day 64

10:30 Snack. 1/2c grapefruit, 10 almonds.

1:00 Lunch. 1/2c sweet potato, 1/2c grape tomatoes, 4oz tuna in water, 1/4c red peppers, 2c mixed baby greens, 1T o&v.

Lunch, Day 64

4:20 Snack. 2 stalks celery, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Swiss cheese.

4:30 Exercise. Bike ride with kids to the park. Fun!

6:45 Dinner. 6oz salmon, 1c zucchini, 2c mixed baby greens, 1T o&v.
