AM

6:30 Woke up, took meds, drank water, stretched.

7:00 Exercise. 60 minute walk/jog. 2 laps around the resort lake. Approximately 3 miles. Woohoo!

Exercising on vacation!

8:00 Breakfast. 1 EAS Myoplex banana cream nutrition shake, 1 apple.

11:30 Lunch. Hollywood Studios, Pizza Planet. 1 side salad with balsamic vinaigrette, 4oz albacore tuna, tiny wedge of pizza (3 bites).

PM

12:30 Snack. 1/4 personal pizza. This is a tiny bit of pizza.

4:00 Snack. 1 apple, 3 bites of chicken curry at the Commissary.

9:00 Dinner. 1 side salad with balsamic vinaigrette, 4oz albacore tuna.
