AM

8:15 Woke up, took meds, stretched.

9:15 Breakfast. 1/2c nonfat cottage cheese, 1/2c blueberries.

11:30 Snack. 10 almonds, 1 apple.

PM

2:00 Lunch. 6oz shrimp, 1/2 brown rice, 1c zucchini.

4:30 Snack. 10 almonds, 1/2 grapefruit.

7:00 Dinner. 5oz chicken breast, 4c lettuce, 4oz asparagus, 1T o&v.
