AM

8:00 Woke up, took meds, went back to bed. I’m seeing a trend here. Ugh.

9:45 Breakfast. 1/4c (uncooked) steel cut oats, 1/2c blueberries, 4 egg whites.

PM

1:00 Snack. 1c yogurt, 1/2c grapes.

3:00 Lunch. 2c jambalaya. Yes, again. I think this is it for the jambalaya! 2c salad.

5:15 Snack. 1 banana, 2 graham crackers, 1T raw almond butter.

6:00 Race check-in.

7:00 Race! 5k time. Unofficial time was 50:26! Woohoo! I’m quite proud of myself!

9:00 Dinner. 1 protein shake, 1 serving kettle corn, 1/2 beer. (post-race food!)
