7:00 Woke up, took meds, got ready for the day.

8:00 Breakfast. 1 EAS Myoplex banana cream nutrition shake, 1 small apple.

10:30 Brunch. Grand Floridian Cafe. Frittata (egg whites and veggies), small portion of fresh fruit, water.

Noon. Cheat. 4 bites of ice cream.

4:45 Snack. 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of muenster cheese, 3 thin slices of bbq chicken breast, 1oz raw almonds.

8:00 Dinner. 6oz asparagus, 6oz tilapia. I am really happy to be at home in my safe eating place. If you’ve ever embarked on a strict eating plan, you know what I’m talking about!

Woke up, took meds, stretched, drank water.

9:00 Snack. 3/4c plain fat-free yogurt, 1/2c strawberries, 2 packets Truvia.

11:30 Brunch. Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at the Grand Floridian. 1oz smoked salmon plus accompaniments (capers, onions, eggs, tomato slice), egg white omelette with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, 1/2 slice whole grain bread, 1/2c canteloupe.

Snack. 1 medium apple, 1oz raw almonds.

Dinner. Food Court at All-Star Movies Resort. 6oz grilled salmon, 2c Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, onions, oil & vinegar, 1 bite no-sugar-added cherry pie.
